At Ojala, we ensure that your order is processed and shipped quickly and with care.

1. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1 business day.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

2. Delivery Time
After shipment, the average delivery time is:
Netherlands: 1–2 business days
Belgium: 2–3 business days

Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary due to high demand or external factors.

3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout.

Shipping costs Netherlands: €6.55
Shipping costs Belgium: €10.85

4. Track & Trace
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a track & trace code.
This allows you to easily follow your shipment.

5. Delays
While we aim for fast delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by:
carriers (such as PostNL or DHL)
high demand during holidays or promotions
unforeseen circumstances beyond our control

6. Incorrect Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct address.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, we cannot guarantee successful delivery. Additional costs may be charged.

7. Not Home / Not Collected
If a package is not accepted or not collected from a pickup point and is returned to us:
additional shipping costs may be charged for reshipment

8. Damage or Loss
Has your order arrived damaged or not been delivered?
Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt (or expected delivery) via info@parfum-depot.nl.
We will investigate immediately and provide an appropriate solution.
